Rush-Copley Implements Temporary Visitation Restrictions
(November 3, 2009) Due to the recent outbreak of flu in the community, Rush-Copley has implemented temporary visitation restrictions to protect the health and safety of the hospital’s patients and staff.
The visitor restrictions include:
· No one under the age of 18 unless they are the parent of a patient
· Visitors who have flu-like symptoms should not visit patients
· Only two adult visitors per patient at one time
Hospitals throughout the area are following these precautions to help stop the spread of cold and flu viruses. Rush-Copley appreciates the community’s cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience.
