The Biggest Winner

Rush-Copley and the Beacon News have partnered to give five motivated people the chance to lose weight and improve their health in 2009. Five participants are being chosen to receive the following:

• A one-year membership beginning January 1, 2009, at the Rush-Copley Healthplex, a 166,000 square foot fitness center located on the campus of Rush-Copley Medical Center, including fitness classes.

• Up to three one-hour consultations a month with Rush-Copley Healthplex personal trainers.

• Nutritional counseling with a Rush-Copley dietitian in person or by phone once a month.

• Invitation to attend group guidance and advice sessions from a Rush-Copley Medical Group physician on health, wellness and weight loss.
