Doing your own solo workout lets you challenge yourself at your own pace (and speaking of challenging yourself, check out our rock climbing wall below). But have you
experienced the benefits of group exercise? At the Healthplex, our seasoned, certified instructors will inspire and motivate you through a safe and effective workout in our four spacious studios. Adult Aquatic Classes
Jump in for a total body workout with our Wet Walkers or Master Swim classes; or, if you’re looking for soothing therapy, try our Arthritis Plus or MSAquatics classes in the warm Healthplex therapy pool. Classes run in sessions and may have a fee requirement. Non-members may participate.

Rush-Copley Running Club
For members only, this running club provides the opportunity for beginner or experienced runners to improve skills while training with members who have similar goals. Club involvement includes a t-shirt, monthly e-mails, instruction by experienced running coaches, and local race information. Registration Information
Kinesis Training™
An advanced level of personal training is the elite Kinesis Training. Designed to improve your overall quality of life, it involves fluid, three-dimensional movements that activate a wider range of muscles. You’ll train in a comfortable private studio to heighten awareness of movements, acquire correct posture, and achieve full harmony of body and mind. Kinesis Training enhances the benefits of classic exercises such as Yoga and Pilates, as well as sports-specific and post-rehabilitation training.
