Preventive Measures

If you are experiencing allergy symptoms, there are some preventive measures you can follow to minimize the discomfort.

  • Wear a pollen mask when mowing grass or cleaning the house
  • Get rid of indoor plants and other sources of mold
  • Change the air filters regularly in heating and cooling systems or install an air purifier
  • Get tested for allergies
